MSc in Operations or MBA?

I´m currently working in SAP logistics modules. I´m an Industrial engineer and I want to do a Master with the objective of getting a post-graduate job in Logistics/operations/SCM. My question is whether it is better to do an MSc in Logistics/operations or an MBA? Bearing in mind my goal of post-graduate career track. Thank you
