Why should a graduate / intern work for you?
Our people make us stand out as a firm. So we choose the best and invest heavily in them. Our exceptional level of encouragement, opportunity and support includes study for professional qualifications or approved courses which is likely to be a big part of your first few years. And one thing is certain: juggling work and study will be challenging. You’ll need to impress us with the amount of hard work and commitment you’re prepared to put in. The rewards, however, will be well worth the effort and we’ll give you our full support including time off to study. Once qualified, you can be confident you’re working for a firm that’s committed to helping its people balance a successful career with life away from work.

Describe your ideal candidate
We’re after the very best. That means a strong mix of intellect and employability skills. You must have: a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline / at least a 300 UCAS tariff or equivalent

Key employability skills include:
Flexibility – to deal positively with changing priorities and workloads
Curiosity – to help you learn, share and innovate
Teamworking skills – so you can contribute to and drive our success
Courage and integrity – to help you take on challenges and do the right thing by your clients and colleagues
Commercial awareness – so you’re always up to speed with the latest business thinking and trends
Great communication skills – to help you listen, persuade and put your point across

There are many ways you might have developed the employability skills we’re looking for – through study, voluntary work, sport, being part of a club or a job in a bar, restaurant or shop. Think about what you’ve done and what you’ve learned from it. The more examples you have, the more you’ll stand out.

Describe your company
We help organisations the world over measure their financial performance and improve the way they work. Our clients range from public and private companies to governments and charities. And we’re ambitious to grow both our traditional areas of strength and those we’re fast expanding into. If you’re serious about a career in business, we don’t believe anyone else could give you a better start. And we’re proud to say that students agree, voting us number one in The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers survey for the last six years in a row.
